Annual billing lowers the effective monthly price (for example Basic from $39 to about $31/month) and reduces the effective price per credit.

How many credits are included in each plan?

Accepted Answer

Basic includes 1,000 credits/month (12,000/year on annual billing). Pro includes 6,500/month (78,000/year). Team includes 30,000/month (360,000/year). Enterprise credit allowances are set by contract.

Do I get free credits when I sign up?

Accepted Answer

Yes. New approved users receive 500 free credits when they redeem their invite code. You can get started without a credit card.

Do unused credits roll over?

Accepted Answer

No. Credits do not roll over. When your plan renews, your balance resets to the plan allocation rather than stacking on top of what you had left. For example, if a Basic subscriber has 300 credits before renewal, the renewed balance becomes 1,000, not 1,300.

What happens if I run out of credits?

TouAI supports plan-based overdraft: Basic and Pro allow your balance to go as low as -100 credits, and Team as low as -500, when a request starts from a positive balance and the charge would not exceed your overdraft floor. Once your balance is at or below zero and new usage would exceed that floor, services are blocked until you top up. The product surfaces a clear top-up required state.

How do top-ups work?

Top-ups use the standard rate of $0.039 per credit (not the discounted annual plan rate). The minimum purchase is 100 credits ($3.90). Packages include 100, 500, 1,000, 2,000, 5,000, and 10,000 credits. Top-ups and renewals pay off negative balances first—for example, a balance of -80 plus a 100-credit top-up becomes 20.

How much do common services cost?

Examples: document processing 3 credits per page; video transcription 5 credits per minute (rounded up); Context Layer query or search 3 credits each; Context Layer sync 5 credits per 1,000 records (rounded up); web scrape, web search, and deep crawl typically 3 credits per page or query; video semantic search 3 credits per query (free when there are zero results); video embedding 3 credits per video minute; storage 5 credits per GB per month, pro-rated daily. Deep Research uses a base fee plus per-tool usage (for example Pro mode starts at 11 credits plus about 3-5 credits per tool call).

Can I switch between personal and organization billing?

Yes. Organizations can have a shared credit balance separate from personal credits. In personal billing context your personal balance is charged; in organization context the organization balance is charged. When you switch to organization mode in the UI, subsequent usage is billed to the organization, and purchases made in that context add credits to the shared organization balance.
